2. HUDA Beauty Obsessions Palette – Warm Brown
For some reason, this eyeshadow palette by Huda Beauty is a warm-toned neutral palette. It has eight matte shades and one shimmery shade. There were some good eyeshadows in this set. My only complaint was that the one shimmery shade didn’t work well with the rest of the mattes because it was a little denser than the rest but it was buildable and worked better in practice than swatched.

A palette of highly pigmented mattes, metallics, and shimmer swirls—all with smooth, blendable textures in three shades: Rose, Lilac, and Mint. There are dreamy pinks and blush peaches in matte form, as well as a few shimmery shades and a few bright yellows. The colors work well together and are great for every day. The four shimmery shades ranged from bad to okay, but only one shade was good (B+ range). They were still best applied with a dampened brush, which made them stick better and give them a good amount of coverage. As long as you didn’t care too much about coverage, they still had their shine and sparkle with little or no fallout over time.
